1. Are your apples vegan/vegetarian-friendly?
Our candy apples are all vegetarian-friendly! However, many of our toppings and dips – namely chocolates, and potentially other candy sweets – do contain dairy and gluten-based products.
2. When should I order my candy apples to receive them on time?
We recommend placing an order at least two weeks before the event you need your apples for. We're happy to deliver on any day you choose, and you can specify a delivery time that works for you! Our apples are fresh for up to 2 weeks in the fridge if you'd like to order them in advance.
3. How should I store my delivery?
Our candy apples are normally fine when left out on the counter for up to a few hours. Any longer than that – or in particularly hot or humid weather – and we recommend sliding them into the fridge until you're ready to serve.
4. What happens if some of my apples come damaged or spoiled?
Let us know, and we'd be happy to refund the cost of however many apples were affected. We can also offer replacements, if that's what works best for you!
5. Do you ship overseas and to P.O. boxes?
Due to the nature of our product, we can't guarantee freshness when shipping overseas or to P.O. boxes at this time.
